We strongly advise against sending chocolate-based products when the temperature of the town of arrival is over 30°C.
During extreme cold or heat we recommend you leave the parcel to progressively return to a temperature of 20°C for a few hours before unwrapping the chocolates, in order to avoid the white coating which will appear due to the variations in temperature.
We can of course send a parcel to another address. You must simply check that the food importation standards and the climatic conditions of the place of reception are in accordance with the regulations in force.
Our commercial transactions are ruled by French law. For all litigation, only the Lille Tribunal is competent.
